YOU HAVE
Demonstrated ability to lead an integrated team including creative, strategy, media, digital development, data teams, and external partners in a hybrid environment
Strong understanding of social & digital platforms, including technical requirements, channel and production requirements, and digital best practices
A firm understanding of ecommerce and the challenges particular to online retail
Excellent knowledge of digital analytics and associated tools
Excellent persuasive writing skills, keen eye for detail, broad understanding of communication disciplines
Advanced report writing, data analysis, and interpretation skills
Ability to prioritize both your own and your team’s time across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think commercially and understand real return on investment
Balanced focus on strategy & execution
Strong project management skills and ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly
Experience working on FMCG brands will be advantageous
Integrated Digital Marketing/Client Service experience in a similar role (4-8 years)
YOU WILL
Co-lead digital strategy, planning, and management in collaboration with the Director, Digital Marketing
Ensure creative and media are working together to optimize digital marketing activities
Be a trusted partner and advisor to clients and internal Account teams
Drive and manage the end-to-end execution of integrated digital and social campaigns ensuring results are aligned to client and brand objectives
Oversee the delivery of performance analytics reporting to demonstrate meaningful insights across all digital channels and offer recommendations to optimize creative
Lead effective cross functional interaction with internal team, clients, and external partners
Support new business efforts (pitches, lead qualification) with Account Directors, Digital Marketing Director and Client Engagement Lead
Prepare creative and/or client briefs and presentations ensuring channel and platform best practices are applied
Provide mentorship to account teams, junior, and creative staff
Provide thought leadership to GDG, identify trends, relevant opportunities, tools, and platforms
