We are thrilled to announce that two of our recent projects have won Awards of Distinction at the 2021 PAC Global Leadership Awards. This year’s winners were announced at the virtual PAC ONEOF100 Diversity of Thought Summit, on February 2-4.
Canadian Tire’s Woods camping & outdoor accessories brand won for Brand Marketing Revitalized – Non-food, and Maple Leaf’s Natural Meal Ingredients won for Package Innovation – Sustainable Design.
The rebrand for Canadian Tire’s Woods transformed this tried-and-true heritage brand with an elevated look and presence. Inspired by themes of nature, the bold design propels them to new heights as an outdoor adventure brand.
Maple Leaf’s Natural Meal Ingredients product line introduced an innovative combination of time-saving prepped-and-ready meats housed in revolutionary trays. Convenience can often equate to excessive packaging. This innovative packaging helps solve that issue by using 70-90% less plastic than conventional trays. Overall, the package is 85% plastic-free and the tray is fully recyclable once the plastic liner is removed. The packaging also features the first-ever carbon neutral icon in recognition of Maple Leaf’s achievement of becoming the first major food company in the world to reach this impressive status.
